By creating an account or using the Eternex platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Eternex.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and connected wallets secure.

4. Courses and projects

Access to courses and projects may depend on your rating and participation. Paid courses are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Wallets and on-chain activity

Connecting a wallet is optional. You remain solely responsible for your wallet, keys and any on-chain transactions you initiate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding and materials are owned by Eternex or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using Eternex at any time.
